Call the Harnett County office and ask to speak to a CARES Intake Counselor at 910-814-8360, fax it to 910-814-8362 or mail the application to PO Box 40, Lillington, NC 27546
You will not be able to complete the application on your telephone. The application must be downloaded onto your desktop, completed and faxed or emailed to the correct counselor.
Due to the Coronavirus, clients will not be seen in the office. If you have a crisis, please complete the application above and email or fax it (along with your picture ID, proof of income, and bill you are seeking assistance with ) to one of the following email addresses depending on the county that you reside in.
**Please review the CARES application instructions and submit all necessary information with your application. Failing to do so, delays your application.**
